Infant: Ages 6weeks to 11 months
Yes, even as infants your bundle of joy has needs. Our staff will give lots of cuddles with love and ensure a protected environment. We will use music, exercise, indoor and outdoor mat time, as well as facial and verbal expression to stimulate and excite their young minds. Each infant will have their own crib. All toys will be washed/sanitized throughout the day and at the days end.
Toddler: 12 Months - 24 Months
We will explore a curriculum theme and follow daily lesson plans to meet the developmental needs of your child. Your child will learn through interactions with their self directed exploring. Yes, your baby is growing up and has the desire to explore and master new skills. Children will experience classroom learning and adventures with : blocks/building, tabletop activities (coloring, painting, crafts), music/movement, library time, dramatic play and outside activities.Children learn though play and each component of our day is designed to encourage and promote the child's independence, decision making, social, language and physical development.
Preschool 2 year - 5 years
HHCs curriculum provides your preschool aged child with balance of learning as individuals in a loving, and creative environment. This gives the child the desire to master new tasks through self directed exploring. Our teachers will follow a structured learning curriculum consisting of theme oriented education, group time and activity to promote language, creativity, fine motor skills, gross motor skills and social interactions. Your child will have the opportunity to explore the classroom learning centers: blocks/building designs, dramatic play, library, math activities, music/movement, sand/water play, science/discovery and art/ creativity. Learning through play gives your child the desire to explore, develop and define their interest in all areas. Through these learning objectives your child is given every opportunity to grow socially and emotionally and develop their language skills, cognitive skills and physical skills. Our monthly theme and daily activities will be posted in each classroom.
